How to Rent a UTV in Glamis
Renting a UTV at Glamis takes just a few steps. Start by selecting your Can-Am Maverick model and dates on our booking page. A 25% reservation deposit secures your vehicle immediately. Only the primary renter may drive, and the driver must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s license. At pickup, present your ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, or international driving permit) and a physical credit card in your name that matches it.
On the day of your rental, arrive at our Vendor Row location at 5775 E HWY 78, Brawley, CA 92227. Our team collects the remaining balance and places a security hold on that credit card (a hold, not a charge; $2,500 per Commander or X3 DS; $3,500 per X3 RS, X3 XRS or Maverick R; no cash or debit), walks you through the full safety orientation, and explains vehicle controls. Our team can also send GPS coordinates for popular spots on request. You will be on the sand riding within minutes of arrival. Return the UTV by your scheduled time, and the security hold releases within 7 days of a clean return.

Safety comes first
Every machine is inspected and serviced before it leaves our lot. Tires, brakes, engine, and shifting all get checked. Before you ride, our team walks you through the controls and the dune safety basics. Only the primary renter may drive, and the driver must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s license. We have spent years in this terrain, so we can point you to the right areas for your skill level.
Clear policies
Weather
Glamis is a desert. We are closed in summer (rentals run October 16 to April 14), but warm days in the season can still affect generator and AC performance in RVs. Running a rooftop AC too hard can cause it to freeze up, so we share hot-weather tips at pickup and help you plan ride times around the heat. We do not cancel for normal desert conditions, so plan your water and gear accordingly.

Damage waiver
An optional damage waiver is available per UTV per day: $99/day with a $3,000 deductible on the X3 DS Turbo; $129/day with a $3,500 deductible on the X3 RS, X3 XRS and Maverick R; $89/day with a $2,500 deductible on the Commander XT and Commander MAX XT. It never covers mechanical damage (belts, axles, clutches, engine, transmission) or liability. The vQuip Adventure Shield ($49 per UTV per day) is required on every UTV.
